Windfoil New Zealand takes the safety and well-being of sailors seriously. While all care is taken by clubs in planning events, whether to race or not is the sailor's decision, and accidents can happen. Windfoiling is a higher-risk form of sailing than an Optimist or Laser, so we have made 3rd Party Insurance mandatory for racing in New Zealand.
